Office of Naval Research (ONR) Historically Black Engineering College (HBEC) Future Faculty Fellowship Program
To develop and attract qualified engineering faculty to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) with engineering programs. Each year, three recipients who have agreed to join the engineering faculty of an HBCU after receiving their degrees are competitively selected for study and research support leading to doctoral degrees in engineering.
